What You'll Learn
Over the course of this program you’ll learn the foundations of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, including:
• Movement and positioning
• Escaping from common situations
• Basic control techniques

• How to safely train with partners
Each class is structured so you can build confidence step-by-step while learning real skills.
What To Expect In Class
Every class includes:
• A beginner-friendly warm up
• Technique instruction from experienced coaches
• Partner drills to practice what you learned
• Optional light training to apply the techniques
Our goal is to make sure every participant feels comfortable, supported, and successful.
